Q. Are your products CSA approved?
A. Yes, our products are CSA approved. This means that an authorized testing
laboratory of Canadian Standards Association International has evaluated a
sample of each product to determine that it meets applicable national standards
for safety and/or performance. These include the applicable standards written
or administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters
Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), National Sanitation
Foundation (NSF), and others. To obtain the certification number for any specific
item, note the model number and then check the online Directory of CSA-Certified
Products at http://www.csa-international.org/product/.
Q. What are your standard pushbutton floor markings?
A. Although not every floor marking or pushbutton style is available as a stocked
item for next day delivery, any of these choices can be special-ordered for
the standard price. Contact the Parts Department for availability.
